Yea..exactly what the title says..
Instead of being negative whenever you talk about yourself(either in your head or out loud), be positive.
You know, like instead of saying ‘I’m so stupid for getting a B’, you can say to yourself ‘Next time I can do better’.
Calling yourself ugly is the opposite of positive self talk. And by calling yourself ugly(or saying any negative thing about yourself anyways) it’s hurting your self esteem.
Here’s an exercise: Every morning, look yourself in the mirror and point out the parts of you that look good. Maybe start off with 1 today, and increase that number everyday.
By saying good things about yourself everyday, it’ll make you feel better about yourself.
