Day of Silence

The Day of Silence is pretty much a day (today) where you remain quiet and don’t talk for the entire day as a means to protest the silence of name-calling and bullying at others, specifically lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgendered people.

Did you or anyone at your school participated?

I didn’t participate, mostly because I forgot that today was the Day of Silence. Several of my friends participated-even some people who would be the last person I expected to participate- and one of my teachers participated.
