YES..I FINALLY FOUND A WAY TO CHANGE MY DASHBOARD THEME COLOR(a.k.a. color scheme) BLUE INSTEAD OF GRAY.. Here’s how..
1) Go to your dashboard.
2) Go under USERS to PERSONAL SETTINGS.
If you are technical, you should understand these instructions: DASHBOARD>USERS>PERSONAL SETTINGS>ADMIN COLOR SCHEME
Honestly, it’s not that hard to understand.
What you do now is select the option that has shades of blue instead of the one that has shades of gray (yes, gray comes in different shades).
While you are on this page, you might as well check the other settings. One setting, the one to use HTTPS when you are on an Admin page (e.g. dashboard, new post, etc.), I highly recommend you to turn it on. Especially if you connect to public WiFi often. WordPress gives more detail on it in their explanation, here.
In addition to the HTTPS being available, there are also a bunch of other options that range from keyboard shortcuts to proofreading settings to changing your password. I especially like the settings where WordPress gives you recommended links and tags, and pictures, AND posts from others on WordPress, all based on what you’ve typed so far in your post.
If you want something random to spazz up your day, you can turn on Fun Mode. It is one of the very first options that you can turn on and off. I honestly don’t know what it does now as I am typing this, so I’ll just wait and see for the surprise (: Can’t Wait.

P.S. For myself, I checked all of WordPress’ proofreading settings (except for Jargon), and it actually helped me.. right before I published my post, it helped shortened some words..so that feature is definitely useful to me.
